Facility General Information to make your visit all it can be!
Horse In Hand Ranch Ltd. or Darryl and Kellie Leyen do not assume any liability of any kind.
Hours of operation: 10 am to 5 pm generally however may be adjusted to meet the specific needs of each event.
HIHR has video surveillance 24 hrs/day.
We have a strict NO DOGS policy! this is applicable to not only the barn but on the premises in general.
There are only 8 available powered camping spots, once they are full that leaves only the option to camp without power.
Indoor stabling includes the first 2 bags of shavings, and they will be in your stall when you get here.
The stalls do not have to be stripped at the end of the event, HIHR will look after that for you! We also provide the stall picking equipment.
There is 2 parking areas in-front of the barn, we ask that the trucks and horse trailers come on down to the lower lot and unload then return to the upper lot to park and unhook. Trailers are welcome to stay for the duration of the events. Regular vehicle traffic can form lines along the side of the Arena and form regular parking lines.
There is a Handicap Accessible washroom. There is a shower available.
As you flip through the following facilities, keep in mind that there are infinite possibilities in terms of combinations or uses of the different facilities.
Though we realize that not every need will be possible for us to meet, we really do want the best for each event. Creativity is the spice of life and can reflect the character and traits of the individual or Organization hosting the event.
Consider what the event will represent and to whom. What would you like them to know, what is your message?
We at HIHR love to be creative and to think outside of the box. Our coffee room has been the "Show Office" and the old feed room has been used to serve Buffet dinners!
